How old do i have to be to participate?
Although extemporaneous speaking is traditionally an event designed for high schoolers or middle schoolers, we welcome younger students who are interested in learning more about public speaking.
If you have already graduated from high school but are interested in participating, please contact us at hi@academy37.org; we are always happy to include you as a judge, instructor or volunteer.
DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN NORTH AMERICA TO PARTICIPATE?
Of course not. We are delighted to welcome participants from all over the world, but please know that our programming operates on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
